Peptides (from the Greek pepto§ meaning “digestive”) are the smallest biological molecules of the plant proteome, often arbitrarily restricted to proteins of 2 to 200 amino acids. They fulfill diverse roles in plant growth, development, reproduction, symbiotic interactions, and stress responses. Our objectif is to predict if those pedtides are signalling or not.
For optimal performance, we recommend the following: For single sequence predictions, manually input one sequence at a time. When predicting multiple sequences, use batch processing by uploading a file containing up to 12 sequences.
Our dataset primarily consists of Eukarya organisms. Our goal is to predict whether these organisms possess signalling peptides.
